Cobb), and you will an effective scuffling actress (Evelyn Keyes) whoever sister (Nina Foch) worked at the gambling establishment and you may dated a great corrupt detective (Jim Bannon). Evelyn Keyes plays the good nothing lady which brings forth the fresh new best in him and you can Ellen Received ‘s the sleek and you may slinky vixen who will get him into jams. Thomas Gomez is actually greasy while the villain and you may Lee J. Cobb does another type of ready tour given that a weary cops inspector who in the long run closes happening.
